Returns
We hope you love your purchase from ShaNuWater Fountain of Youth, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
