At ShanuWater Fountain of Youth, your satisfaction and skin confidence matter to us. We take pride in creating premium natural skincare products made with care, quality ingredients, and a luxury self-care experience.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, body care, fragrance oils, grooming products, and bath products, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or tampered items. However, if something is wrong with your order, we are here to make it right.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

In their original packaging

In the same condition as received

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refunds

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
